Ahoy, Matey!

Ahoy, Matey!

Posted by Shelly Kurth on

Ahoy, Matey! Shelly, here. Something about being in or by the water just takes your worries away and lets the good times begin, don't you agree? This card is all about that, fun, sun, and sea! I'm using Catherine Pooler's Ahoy, Matey stamp and die set for my card.
With that being said, let's make this card!
1. Start with using a marker friendly white paper. Stamp on images using Catherine Pooler's Ahoy, Matey stamp set in black ink and then color them in with Copic markers. I used colors, E59, R59, R29, N8, B95, B99, BV02, C1, C2, C3, C5, E47, E23, E34, E27, B28, B39, Y15, Y08, Y21, Y17, W1, W3, 0.
2. After coloring, use the images with Catherine Pooler's Ahoy, Matey dies. Use the 'wave' die with blue cardstock.
3. Take the card base and stamp on sentiment using Catherine Pooler's Ahoy, Matey stamp set in black ink.
4. Add the colored die cut images to the card. Add some foam tape on the back of some of the images to make them 'pop'.
5. Add a touch of gems to card.
That's it! You made this card!
Thank you so much for stopping by!
Have a great day and see you soon!
