Lawn Fawn Sometimes Life is Prickly

Lawn Fawn Sometimes Life is Prickly

Posted by Katherine Cartwright on

Hi there! I am sharing a card using some fun Lawn Fawn products today on the blog.

I began my project by stamping several images from Lawn Fawn Sometimes Life is Prickly and Porcu-pine For You Add-on stamp sets onto alcohol marker friendly paper with Gina K Designs Obsidian Amalgam ink.

I used my Copic Sketch markers to color all of my images.

Here is the list of colors:

E00, E11, W1, W6, R30,YG23, YG67, E35, E25, R43, V15, Y08

Once I finished coloring, I die cut all my images. Using a piece of green card stock, I cut my border using the Lawn Fawn Grassy Border die

Next, I die cut the Giant Happy Spring word die from purple card stock. Using my Ranger Mini Ink Blending tool, I then added ink to all the edges with Villainous Potion.

I cut a piece of patterned paper to 4 inches by 5.25 inches and add all of my elements to the front using Bearly Arts Glue and Foam Adhesive squares.

Once I adhered everything onto my patterned paper, I layered it onto a piece of blue card stock and finished by adding it all onto an A2 card base (4.25 x 5.5 inches).

To finish my card, I stamped a sentiment inside and glued down one more flower to tie it all together.

Happy crafting!

Katherine
