Hello! Colleen Beamish here from @humorbean_cards and today I’m sharing a card showcasing the Citrus Still Life bundle from Pinkfresh Studio.

The best part about Pinkfresh Studio’s sets is how seamlessly everything works together. I began by stamping the images in a soft brown ink rather than traditional black. This creates a slightly softer, more elegant look and allows the colors to take center stage.
Next, I used the coordinating stencils to color all of the images with ink blending. The layered stencil design makes adding depth and dimension incredibly simple while still achieving a detailed, hand-colored appearance. Once the coloring was complete, I used the coordinating dies to cut out all of the elements.
For the background, I reached for the Rounded & Braided Rectangle Die from Pinkfresh Studio. The delicate pierced detail adds beautiful texture without competing with the focal images. To help everything glow, I added soft ink blending around both the die-cut panel and the card base.
With all of the pieces ready, it was time to build the scene. I arranged the citrus still life elements and sentiment, adhering them with varying heights of foam adhesive and card stock to create dimension and visual interest. The layered arrangement gives the card plenty of depth while allowing each element to shine.
As a finishing touch, I scattered a few gold pearls throughout the design. The metallic accents complement the warm citrus tones perfectly and add just the right amount of sparkle.
