Sizzix Santa's Greetings

Sizzix Santa's Greetings

Posted by Nicki Baxley on

Let's make an amazing Christmas card with this gorgeous Santa from Sizzix. I am Nicki from the Design Team! Make sure you catch the YouTube tutorial on this fun die cut card.
Sizzix does a great job of making very intricate die cut cards really easy. They label the back of each die cut with its layer and color.

I started with red cardstock. Next, I added a little ink blending to create slightly different colors on the red pieces.
I used red, gray, pink, white and black cardstock. Since I didn't have any skin colored cardstock, I used copic markers to color the face.

For the background, I started with a piece of teal cardstock. Next, I added black soot distress oxide to the edges to give a spotlight effect. Then, I added some metallic gold splatters to coordinate with the gold letters.
All these letter fit perfectly on this A2 sized card! I love that you could make so many different sentiments with this set.
Make sure to check out the supplies and video.
