Wishing You A Dandy Day!

Wishing You A Dandy Day!

Posted by Jamie Patsilevas on

Hello Friends and welcome! Today’s card features this super cute set from Lawn Fawn (Dandy Day), Copic coloring, and Ink Smooshing using Distress Inks (twisted citron, mowed lawncrushed olive, salty ocean, and mermaid lagoon). To start, I took 2 trimmed pieces of Tim Holtz Distress watercolor paper and “ink smooshed” Distress Ink onto the panels using a scrap piece of clear acetate, drying between the layers of ink. Next, I stamped, die cut, and Copic colored images. I then die cut the “sky” panel using a stitched panel, then die cut the grassy hillside using Lawn Fawn’s grassy hillsides borders. To finish, I assembled elements, stamped sentiment, and adhered elements to the card base. To add a little more detail, I applied a little glitter to the center of the dandelions using Lawn Fawn’s glitter pen. Thanks so much for stopping by...take care!
