Colorado Craft Company Robins & Bunnies by Cristina

Colorado Craft Company Robins & Bunnies by Cristina

I am smitten by the gorgeous illustrations by Anita Jeram featured in several Colorado Craft Company stamp sets. This scene with a robin and bunnies is the highlight of my card today.

Step 1: Stamp the image using Onyx Black VersaFine ink on watercolor paper.
Step 2: Color the image with watercolors to create a soft, organic vignette. Leave some white space to make the scene light and airy.
Step 3:  Emboss the sentiment on black cardstock with VersaFine ink and heat set it with white embossing powder. Trim the sentiment strip to a width of 4.25".
Step 4: Assemble the card base. Cut a sheet of green card stock down to 4.25" x 11" and score it in half to create a card size of 4.25" x 5.5".
Step 5: Trim the watercolor paper to fit on the front of the card. Use foam tape to attach the image and sentiment to the card front.
