Detail on the card making process:
Step 1: I used a craft colored A2 card base (size is 5.5"x4.25") as the foundation.
Step 2: I then added a textured/patterned cardstock for the background trimmed down to 5.25"x4" in order to give a .25 matte boarder to frame the card.
Step 3: Using the Avery Elle Wonky Square Frames, middle frame size: 2 13/16" x 2 13/16" cut out of colored card stock to make the centerpiece of the card, I put through my Sizzix Big Shot.
Step 4: I stamped the elephant and party hat from the Avery Elle Peek-A-Boo Pals stamp set using Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink pad and colored using Copic Markers. I then used the coordinating die cuts for this set, Avery Elle Elle-ments Die - Peek-A-Boo Pals to cut the images out.
Step 5: Using the banner frame from Lawn Fawn Clear Stamps - Penelope's Blossoms (retired) I created the banner with Lawn Fawn embossing ink and embossing powder in white.
Step 6: I then used the Lawn Fawn Clear Stamps - Simply Sentiments to take the "Happy Birthday" sentiment in the frame of the banner. I used the coordinating Lawn Fawn Penelope's Blossoms Lawn Cuts dies to cut the banner frame out.
Step 7: Using 3-D foam tape, put the tape behind all elements being put onto the background of the card and stuck them to the card.
Step 8: Last step was to use Ranger Glossy accents on the party hat as a finishing touch!
