Pinkfresh Studio | Peony Perfection Collection | Card Making Tutorial

Posted by D Pauley Designs on

Hello crafty friends! It's Dawn Pauley here from @dpauleydesigns. I'm working with the  Peony Perfection Collection from Pinkfresh Studio. It's such a beautiful collection. The Peony Perfection stamp set is a huge set. It measures 6 x 8 inches an you can purchase the coordinating Peony Perfection die set to go with it.

It's really fun to color in the flowers when you're using the Peony Perfection stencil. I used the Pinkfresh Studio Over the Hills dye ink to color the leaves and the Pinkfresh Studio Morning Sky dye ink for the flowers.

I heat embossed the outline of the flowers and the sentiment with some Lawn Fawn Gold Embossing Powder. I thought it made the card look a little more elegant.

For the background I used the Pinkfresh Studio Stippled Plaid Betterpress Plate. This plate is really awesome because it can be used for lots of different types of card backgrounds. Even though this is a betterpress plate, I just used it to emboss with (details in my video).

I hope you enjoyed this card and are able to check out the entire tutorial on the ScrapbookPal YouTube Channel!!

Thanks for stopping by!
