Quick Color Blocked Card (ft. Altenew) by Kavya

Running out of time but need a super quick card that is bright and colorful? Well, I have got you covered in today’s blogpost! Read along to find out how I used one of Altenew’s  newest stamp set with the color blocking technique to make this fun card!

First, start off by creating your background by making 1 inch wide strips of your favorite colored cardstock. I decided to stick with the palette shown below. Adhere them on a white cardstock base.

Later, stamp and color a flower from Altenew’s Enjoy Life stamp set. Instead of leaving it plain white, I decided to add some dimension using shades of gray. Love how this part turned out!

Adhere the flower to the background and heat emboss a sentiment to finish off your card!
