Hi there! This is Katherine and I am sharing a couple of projects I made using the Spellbinders Nature's Botanical Garden collection.
First my card, I die cut several of the Spellbinders Nature's Botanical Garden Azalea dies to create my flowers from purple card stock. I added some movement and depth to my flowers by using my bone folder to score and shape the petals.
Then I cut the leaves as well as the Flower pot from brown card stock.
I embossed a piece of light green card stock using the Altenew Playful Leaves 3D Embossing folder to ground my flower pot.
I adhered my pot and flowers to the embossed paper and added some gemstones as well as the Avery Elle Happy Birthday Inside Greetings Sentiment to finish my card.
For my second project, I created a tag using the Spellbinders Nature's Botanical Collection Forsythia dies.
I began by die cutting the branch from alcohol friendly paper. Then I colored my stem with my Copic Sketch Markers:
Next, I die cut several yellow flowers from the Forsythia die and then colored each center with a dot of E13 Copic marker and then pinched the petals together. I glued the yellow Forsythia flowers all over the stem and added some leaves at the top and around the stem.
I adhered the stem to a rectangle of pink card stock and punched a hole to create a tag. I stamped the sentiments from the Avery Elle Inside Birthday Greetings stamp set. The final touch included added a piece of orange twine to tie it together.
Be sure to check out my video to show you step by step how to use the Spellbinders Nature's Botanical Garden Collection.
Have a great day and see you next time!
