Spellbinders Spring Sampler Collection

Spellbinders Spring Sampler Collection

Posted by Sophie E on

Hi crafty friends! Sophie @ThePeppermintPost here today sharing this project I made featuring products from the new Spellbinders Spring Sampler Collection. Here are the details! :)

I used the new Spring Magnolias BetterPress Plates created by Simon Hurley in combination with the new Woven 3D Embossing Folder. I *love* the BetterPress System - it's totally fool proof! I used the black ink that comes with the system and I used the porcelain cardstock too!

I stepped out of my comfort zone and did some loose watercoloring using Tim Holtz Watercolor Pencils Set 2. To use these pencils I first scribbled lightly on the flowers around the center and then used a water brush to pull the colors out to the edges of the petals.

To finish the card I added a few Pinkfresh Champagne Glitter Drops.

This was surprisingly super easy to pull together! I hope this was inspiring to you, thanks for stopping by!

  • Love the spellbinder’s florals but I really wanted the new embossing folder. The folder is sold out! Boooooo! I’ll put myself on the waiting list.
