Spellbinders Tunnel Scapes

Spellbinders Tunnel Scapes

Posted by Katherine Cartwright on

HI there! I am sharing two projects I made using the Spellbinders Tunnel Scapes products.

I began by cutting the three shapes from Spellbinders Underwater Tunnel dies using some scrap card stock.

Using 3L Scrapbook Adhesive foam strips, I layered the two top pieces together placing the largest opening on top. I added the 3rd layer with glue and then cut a smaller piece of dark blue card stock to layer beneath the 3 layers.

I pulled out my bottle of Spellbinders Splatter White Opaque Watercolor and mixed a little watercolor with my wet paint brush and flicked some white specks all over my Tunnel Scapes panel.

While the watercolor was drying, I die cut several of fishes using the Spellbinders Tunnel Scapes Marine Life dies. I used Bearly Arts Glue to adhere these fish together and added a small piece of black card stock behind each fish to fill in the eyes.

Next, I laid out all my die cuts and when I was happy with the placement I glued each piece down with Bearly Arts Glue and 3L Scrapbook Adhesive Thin Variety White Squares.

Once the scene was finished, I added the Tunnel Scapes panel to an A2 White card base and stamped a sentiment onto a strip of card stock with the Spellbinders Typewrite Adventure Sentiments. This was added to the front of my card with 3L Scrapbook Adhesive Thin Variety White Squares.

For my second card, I glued down the inside of the Spellbinders Tunnel Scapes scraps onto a piece of white card stock measuring 4 inches x 5.25 inches. I trimmed off any excess paper and added this to an A2 White card base.

To finish the card, I glued down two grey anchor die cuts from the Spellbinders Tunnel Scapes dies and popped up an embossed sentiment strip with 3L Scrapbook Adhesives Foam Squares.

I hope you enjoyed these two cards using the Spellbinders Tunnel Scapes dies and stamps.

Happy crafting and I will see you next month!
