Lawn Fawn Build a Drink Mason Jar Add On Set

Hello everyone,

Ciara here from @CiaraTDesigns

Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out this lovely project, let’s jump right into how it was made.

I started by cutting down my cardstock to 1/4 inch smaller than the A2 sized base for the panel I plan to ink blend on and 1/8th of an inch smaller than the A2 sized base for my black matte that will frame the blended panel.

I used two colours of Distress Oxide ink in Picked Raspberry and Peacock Feathers blending between them until I was happy with how the blend looked, I flicked on a little perfect pearl splatter for added interest.

Next, I die-cut the lantern and base layer of the thanks die in black, the stars and lightning bugs wings in white glitter cardstock and the top layer of the thanks die and the lightning bugs body from white cardstock. I knew this card was going to have a light element but I have never done that before so I made the card all the way to the end before adding it so that I would know where it needed to go. Be sure to check out the video to see how the LED kit works as I am not sure I could explain it well enough.

I am pretty happy with how this card turned out and I hope you enjoyed seeing it come together!!

Thank you so much for taking this quick look at how this card came together. If you would like a more in-depth look please check out the video below, I also have a complete supplies list in case you want to know exactly what I used. I hope to see you again very soon!!
