Lawn Fawn - Whoosh Kites

Lawn Fawn - Whoosh Kites

Posted by Marla Harris on

Marla here and I am so happy to be back to share a fun card featuring the adorable Lawn Fawn mice.  I can never get enough of these sweet critters who always make me smile.

I began my project with a large statement piece.  I die cut Lawn Fawn's "Giant Make a Wish" sentiment twice from white cardstock.  I inked one of the sentiments using Distress Ink in "Picked Raspberry, Salty Ocean and Mustard Seed."  I adhered both sentiments together to add a little bit of dimension.

Moving on, I stamped the images from Lawn Fawn's "Whoosh Kite" onto white cardstock with black ink.  I colored the images with my Copic Markers and then used the coordinating "Whoosh Kite" die to cut out my images. No project would be complete without dimensional foam, so I added the "3L Foam Circles" to the back of each of my images.
I added a light touch of Distress Ink in "Salty Ocean" and "Mowed Lawn" to the front of an A2 top folding card base.  After adhering the images, I added a little sparkle to the stars on my sentiment and the butterfly with "Diamond" Stickles to complete this sweet card.
Thank you so much for joining me today.  Until next time....Marla
