Pinkfresh Studio - Best Wishes

Pinkfresh Studio - Best Wishes

Posted by Irene Mejia on

Hello friends! Irene @wheniinkofyou here with a card featuring the Pinkfresh Studio Best Wishes stamp set, stencils, and dies.

I began by stamping the floral images in light gray ink. Then, I used the coordinating stencils to ink the florals. I used Catherine Pooler in Do-Si-Do for the lighter shade of the flowers and Coral Cabana for the darker areas. For the leaves, I used Garden Party and Lime Rickey.

Next, I the Best Wishes dies used to cut the flowers. I also used the dies to cut gold foil cardstock. I glued the florals to the gold cardstock to create a gold lining on one side of each flower.

Next, I cut three panels, one in teal (A2-size), one in gold (5.25x 3.75 inches), and one in white (4.5 inches x 3.5 inches), and set them aside. I used a gold metallic marker to add gold spatter to the white panel. You can use your favorite ink or spray if you don't have a metallic marker.

Once dry, I glued the teal, gold, and white panels together and added the floral to the top left and bottom right corners. Next, I stamped "Sending Love" in clear embossing ink and heat-set it with gold embossing powder. I used the sentiments coordinating die to cut it and added it to the card with foam tape.

And done! Thanks for reading along!
